One of our goals this year is to add four lot development projects to our Fund, and Baltimore Hill is one of them.
Since putting it under contract on January 23rd, we’ve been working through our due diligence checklist.
Today, we’re focused on confirming past property ownership and mapping out any wetland boundaries.
Once we’ve completed due diligence, we plan to move forward with the acquisition and officially bring Baltimore Hill into the Fund sometime in Q3.
