Last quarter, we received the finalized master plan for the residential portion (Emma at Arabella Village) and began executing on the residential business plans.
Since then, we have completed the following:
• Phase 1: Laid foundations and began framing several townhomes
• Phase 2: Installed sewer utilities on short phase with storm next
• Phase 3: Began submission process for permitting approval
We will continue advancing the residential portion of this project. The commercial phase will remain on hold until significant progress has been made across all residential phases.
