Finalized Residential Business Plan

Q4 2024 – Pivoted to combine Phases 1 and 3 into a single, fully amenitized build-to-rent community, and sell Emma Phase 2 as finished lots to a national homebuilder.

Q1 2024 – Finalized the residential plan for all three phases of Emma at Arabella Village.

Next steps – Prepare to break ground on Phase 1, negotiating a contract for Phase 2 with a national homebuilder, working through zoning for Phase 3, and revising the business plan for the commercial portion of the property.

One advantage of a mixed-use community is that it promotes a walkable area. By incorporating both commercial and residential spaces, the community becomes more appealing to tenants, potentially increasing rental prices and generating more income for the fund.
