Arabella Village is a mixed-use development that we’ve had in our portfolio for several years. Last quarter, we revised our business plan and pivoted on the residential side. We are now combining Emma Phases 1 and 3 into a single, fully amenitized BTR community, and Emma Phase 2 will be sold as finished lots to a national home builder.
We’re in the process of revising the business plan for the commercial side of this mixed-use development, with the possibility of acquiring an equal amount of land directly across the street.
