Earlier this year, we finalized the residential business plan for Emma at Arabella Village Phases 1, 2, and 3.
Phase 1 is now ready for vertical construction, Phase 2 is progressing through horizontal development, and zoning plans for Phase 3 have been submitted for review.
The commercial portion of this property will remain on hold until further progress is made on the development of all phases of Emma at Arabella Village.
