Huntsville Self-Storage is located on approximately six acres along Owens Cross Road in Huntsville, Alabama. The site benefits from strong visibility and heavy vehicle traffic, making it well positioned to serve the area’s growing demand for storage.

The project is designed as a multi-building facility featuring 662 climate and non-climate-controlled units. By offering a mix of unit types, the facility will appeal to a wide range of customers, from residential renters to local businesses seeking secure storage.

This property strengthens our Self-Storage allocation within the fund, providing a stable, cash-flowing asset class that complements our Build-to-Rent and Short-term Rental strategies.

Advancing Through Lease-Up

Last month, we received the certificate of occupancy on the county side of Huntsville Self-Storage and began leasing units. The 662-unit facility includes climate and non-climate options under the StoreEase brand. Lease-up will generate cash flow for the Fund.

Last month, we continued landscaping and asphalt repairs. We are now completing dress-ups, after which we will begin lease-up. As lease-up progresses, the project will generate cash flow, which we'll share with investors through quarterly distributions.
