Typically our projects at Arabella last longer than one year, however, Peppertree Apartments was an exception. Arabella Capital Real Estate Fund purchased Peppertree Apartments located in North Charleston, SC in October 2020, and a little under one year later in the month of September 2021, it sold delivering an amazing 52% return to investors.
