Timmy Horvath

UNDERWRITER / HF TEAM LEAD

Timmy Horvath works as an underwriter for The Whitmire Group and is the Housefolios Software Team Lead. He also currently works for Real Wealth Realty as a junior fund manager for the REAL Turnkey Fund. Timmy calls upon his communication, problem-solving and decision-making skills to effectively analyze risk within real estate deals.

Prior to joining The Whitmire Group, he worked for Real Wealth Network for six years where he gained valuable knowledge in underwriting and analyzing deals and served as the firm’s website property coordinator. Timmy also worked for ProsperCle, a real estate turnkey company in Cleveland, OH.

He holds an Ohio Real Estate License. In his free time Timmy enjoys working out, staying active with his dog and all things Ohio State football.
