After two decades of building and managing real estate investments—raising and deploying hundreds of millions across multifamily, build-to-rent, and commercial projects—I found myself asking a personal question:

Where do I really want to invest for my own retirement?
I wanted the long-term upside of development, the steady income of stabilized assets, and the ability to stay nimble in any market. But nothing on the market offered that combination—especially not in a way that felt simple, scalable, and smart.
Arabella Capital was born from that vision.
This fund is where I’ve invested the bulk of my own capital and where I remain the fund’s largest investor. This isn’t a side project. It’s the structure I believe in most—designed to give people like us access to the returns of real estate development without the day-to-day burden or risk of direct ownership.
