Last quarter, we received the finalized master plan for the residential portion (Emma at Arabella Village) and began executing on the residential business plans:
• Phase 1: Began vertical construction
• Phase 2: Progressing through horizontal development
• Phase 3: Received zoning approval for townhomes and apartments
We will continue advancing the residential portion of this project. The commercial phase will remain on hold until significant progress has been made across all residential phases.
