On May 23, 2025, we completed due diligence and acquired an existing building on Broughton Street in downtown Savannah for $3.26 million.
The demolition process is nearly complete, with the team finalizing a few remaining items before submitting their punch list.
Meanwhile, our design team is finalizing the architectural, floor, furniture, ceiling, kitchen, and bath plans.
Once all our design plans are complete, we will submit them for a building permit, which will allow us to proceed with the renovation phase.
