In January, I mentioned that our goal this year is to grow our short-term rental fund from 141 to 200 rentals within a year and to reach 500 rentals in the next four years.
Our first step toward this goal is to refinance the short-term rental properties currently in our portfolio.
By reducing interest rates and leveraging the equity in these properties, we will acquire the capital needed to scale this portfolio.
